The honest disclosure first

Knoxville Asbestos Removal operates a lead-referral model. When you submit a quote request, we share your contact information with the licensed asbestos contractor we assign to your project. Under California’s CCPA/CPRA (and similar state laws), that sharing can be considered a “sale” of personal information — we call it what it is: we monetize lead generation.

What we share and with whom

The information shared with an assigned contractor includes your name, phone, email, service address, service requested, and any details you added to the quote form. It is shared only with the single contractor we assigned to your specific inquiry — not with a broader network, not sold in bulk lists, not used for marketing beyond your project.

How to opt out

To request that we do not share your information with an assigned contractor, email contact@knoxvilleasbestosremoval.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell Opt-Out” and include the phone number or email you used to contact us. We will confirm the opt-out within five business days.

Note that opting out generally means we cannot forward your request to a contractor and therefore cannot fulfill a quote. If you still want a quote, call the 24 Hour Call Line at (865) 420-5764 and we’ll walk you through your options.

Rights under CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws

Depending on your state, you may have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect; (b) request deletion of that information; (c) correct inaccurate information; (d) opt out of sale/sharing (this page); (e) limit use of sensitive personal information; (f) non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. We require written authorization and verification of the agent’s identity before processing agent-submitted requests.
